DesktopSync allows you to synchronize the calendar events, contacts, tasks, and journal entries in your online WorkSpace with items in your Microsoft Outlook.
Synchronization with Outlook 2000, Outlook XP, Outlook 2003, and Outlook 2007 is supported on Windows XP and Vista computers.
Follow three simple steps to start synchronizing your online WorkSpace with Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Step 1
Click the Download Now link below and download "DesktopSync Installer.exe" to your computer.

Hit Save File if you are using FireFox (you will have to open the file once it is downloaded) or Run if you’re using Internet Explorer.Step 2
Before you start synchronizing your data, you will have to enter three pieces of information.- The seven-digit Account ID for your organization. Ask your system administrator if you don’t know what it is.
- The User ID that you use to login to your online office.
- The Password that you use to login to your online office.
Step 3
The DesktopSync application will walk you through the sync process. You can choose the direction of the sync (e.g., one-way or two-way) as well as the data you want to sync (e.g., only Contacts).You need Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed on your computer.
